I love, am grateful for, respect all people working in hospitality. They deserve a shout out. They deserve our love. Because, every given day, they are making precious occasions better.
I used to be one of them.
I still am, in my heart of hearts.
Chefs have become rock stars now, and us dining out have been indulging more and more, and have been opening up to new experiences.
What makes a dining experience beautiful? Company of course – special thanks to my best friend, partner in crime 😉 – food quality, food originality, service, atmosphere, good wine!
Here I want to share, very humbly and never assuming that I know better, or taste better – I mean, I do not like Vegemite… – want to share my experiences in some of my favourite restaurants in Sydney (for starters).
In time, I’ll also share some recipes and videos from some brilliant home cooks. I know a couple, and I think they need their time in fame!
We all need to give this wonderful industry some love right now, for all the joy they give us.
